I very nicely-presented book on the subject of baking challah. I was grateful for the pictures which demonstrated QUITE CLEARLY how to properly braid the dough for a beautiful result! But the recipe was not that useful to me because it is for baking 6-8 loaves!
The book also incorporates the proper prayers to be said when preparing, baking and serving the bread, in both Hebrew and English, as well as the rituals and traditions that one would use on Shabbos. This would be useful to many readers.
i want to own this book. it also teaches you to bake hamantaschen and braid six-braided challah. and bagels (though the recipe looks suspiciously like one off the internet i've used before that came out so-so).
