I loved this book. I don't understand why it has a low-ish rating on Goodreads. I got in the best shape of my life with this book. It's a mix of cardio and weights, nothing new or spectacular but it's super easy to follow and whip in shape for a vacation.
While Bob does some great things with why we over eat and getting you in an exercise routine - you either have to have access to dumbells, benches and free weights at home or join a gym. Not very practical for everyone and he relies completely on the exercise with VERY minimal change to your eating habits. It needs to be a more well rounded program in my opinion.

Bob Greene is incredibly motivating and good writer. I like to read this book whenever I just need some more motivation to exercise or eat better. It's a fun read.
I liked certain chapters more than others. I liked what he had to say about weight training and exercise in general, which was the main reason I read it.
