After reading an article online by James O'Dea I was moved to try one of his books. I am happy to have chosen this one because it had very specific messages for me that will assist me with issues in my life. I have created a file for myself with some important passages from the first half. As the teaching process continued I was unable to follow through with my enthusiasm and skimmed the last 40 pages. I believe I am not ready for it yet. Maybe I'm not at the stage it describes, or maybe it is too esoteric for me at this point in time.

Well worth the read. Since we all have stress, and as Mr. O'Dea points out, nothing grows without it, we might as well learn how to use it creatively. Sometimes hard to remember to do when you're in the middle of high stress, so this book is a good tool for bringing you back on course.

I really, really like this author. He takes on big, spiritual and personal concepts and writes about them clearly, with passion and accessibility. I get a lot out of his books.
