Drake Morgan is a witch. He is also the leader of the largest and most powerful coven in the United States. As he fights enemies, both without and within, he continues his search for the one woman, his complement, who can help him protect his people from the dark machinations of a twisted follower of chaos magick. 85% done and I can't take it anymore. This is awful in many, many ways. First of all, it starts with Rhae being mentally raped by an unknown dude. And that's taken way too far to comprehend how she resists those assaults... And to comprehend how the hell does she enjoy it.
Then, Rhae is a damn Mary Sue. The most powerful witch ever who can do ANYTHING. Just, really, anything... Nobody, neither the most powerful witches, can save someone... What to do? What to do? CALL RHAE! He'll be jumping and fooling all around in five minutes or less.
I may take this book in a while... But having so many interesting books on my tbr list makes that sound a little bit impossible. But I'll try, I promise.
I enjoyed this inventive tale full of romance, witchcraft and magick. Rae Morgan spins a fantastical story of witches in the modern day and a battle for a powerful coven. Drake is the leader of the coven and recognizes new witch Rhea as his complement or mate, the woman who will solidify his powers and be the love of his life. However, Rhea has no idea she is destined to fulfill such a role. As evil spins its web throughout the coven, Drake sets about seducing Rhea on the ethereal plane in an attempt to bind her to him and help her recognize him as her mate. I can honestly say this was the hottest sex in which two partners never actually touch. And when they do get together in the physical plane, the sparks fly. Ms. Morgan provides a happy ending, bad witches get their due and Drake and Rhea conjoin their powers. And the reader is left more than satisfied.

A witch practicing twisted chaos magick is out destroy the Morgan Coven is this riveting and magical romance. While the story is short, it packs quite a punch with lots of excitement, romance and captivating characters that arouse curiosity ensuring the reader wants to know more about the Coven o f the Wolf and this fascinating and magical world.
I love reading paranormal books and Rae Morgan doesn't disappoint. I read this series prior to getting a kindle. I like the new cover better. I like that she has strong feminine characters with out making them out as man haters.
