The authors describe a very thorough process in this particular shops work flow. I believe that if you are a aspiring digital movie maker or animator this book should be read and studied. If you are a teacher or a member of a club then the work flow model described in this book is a good starting point based on my understanding of animation. I believe if you want to succeed in anything that you do, you should mimic others in the particular field you wish to succeed. I am using this book as a reference to my work flow.
