This topic is not talked about too much, but still a very real issue. I could only read this because it was written from a christian perspective. I only got so far as the first few chapters on vacation, and then the book seems to have vanished...maybe someday I'll finish.

Very good read for those who are concerned about the gradual nature of destructive sin slipping in not only your heart but our world.

As I stated previously, I am completely blown away by how prophetic this book is, especially in regard to our current social climate today, as this book was published in 2001! LaHaye and Hindson delved into how individuals' hearts are seduced by the secularism and relativism of our postmodern society. Ultimately, they conclude that what our hearts truly need is Jesus, and the hope that only He can provide.
