This book is a useful resource for leaders whom are seeking tools to develop other leaders in their schools, churches, offices, and organizations. I read this Handbook for a graduate studies course on leadership development. The concepts of DAC, social identity, and leadership democratization were particularly helpful for me. Check out this Handbook by the CCL if you want to coach, grow, challenge, support, and assess your developing leaders.
