This is not the entire 9/11 Commision Report but just the Executive Summary as the title states. It is relatively short but reviews major terrorist activities leading up to and including the attacks on 9/11. It discusses intelligence failures and also what was known and not known about the efforts of the Muslim extremists. It then offers suggestions and solutions for detecting and preventing such future attacks although it was published in 2004 and much has happened since then. Useful? some suggestions we can see have been implemented but not everything.
