Formatting was inconsistent towards the end. They set you up to expect certain lengths of passages and in the end of the book those are shattered. Most of the devotions are good but a few are dated and misogynistic.

This is a good read to start each day by reflecting on Him, through O.T., N.T., Prov., & Ps.

First time I have read Bible through. You just can’t give Bible anything less than five stars…ever. But I did feel some devotions were lacking.

It’s an excellent devotional Bible.
Each day, you can read some of the Old Testament, some of the New Testament, a Psalm and some Proverbs.
They’ve also included a devotion for each day.
{unfortunately, yet again, this year, I’ve given it up. I didn’t read for “a couple of days”, and got too far behind, became discouraged, and gave up.}
[This year, though I missed a few weeks, I skipped ahead, and have been keeping up with it since about the middle of Feb.]

This presentation of The Word does a good job of giving each day not just the old and new testament, but also a Psalm and a piece of Proverbs. Each day with multiple pieces to think on, and a little mini-homily to link to what is to be a relatable everyday story.
