Rate this book
In this hour-long CD, Swami Sivananda Radha chants a variety of traditional Mantras, introducing the listener to the sound and feeling tone of each. Mantras are devotional by nature. Chanting a Mantra with devotion and concentration attunes the individual through divine melody and has a harmonious influence over the whole body and mind. Each of the Mantras chanted by Swami Radha on this recording has the Divine as its form and essence. Through constant repetition of the Mantra one becomes like a magnet attracting the spiritual power of the Mantra to oneself and becoming aware of the Self. Mantras chanted Hari Om;, Om Namah Sivaya;, Krishna Invocation; Radha Govinda; Sri Ram, Jaya Ram; Most Beautiful Mother; Krishna Invocation Also available are CDs and audiocassettes of Swami Radha chanting each of these mantras singly as well as an instructional CD, Power of Mantras, and book, Words of Power.
