Interracial couple. Felt like I missed a lot lot and this story didn’t feel complete. Btw it’s a lot of sex with a small work of the story.
Would make it seem complete if we know a bit more of a backstory of the couple, seems she’s probably in her 30s or 40s but it was never stated. Why did he choose another besides as he claims, he was scared… your a vampire why would you be afraid of something? Plus what really happen to cause his marriage to crumble? Did his ex know what he was? What about her ex, the father to her two adult children?

This book was a great read,I could not put it down once I started to read it I had to finish the complete book,I would of like this story to have been a longer story.forever December is one of the best books I've read in awhile.

This first book I read by T. J. Michaels. It isn't a bad book, I just think that it should have ended differently. Short stories always pull me in and then leave me wanting more. I really shouldn't read them. But I love to read. I gave this book a 4.0 rating because it pulled me in and I loved the HOT SEX scenes. They made me want a man for my fireplace. Plus I thought the different spin off of vampires was a good part of the book. It was different.

Melaniece is a successful business woman who is looking forward to a wonderful Christmas with her kids. She can't seem to get a dream out of her head about her lost love....but the joke is on her....her children have decided that she needs him and they surprise her with him for Christmas. The last thing Melaniece is expecting for Christmas is Michael Bannon.

Michael Bannon is a vampire hoping to make Melaniece his mate. He messed up and married the wrong woman many years ago, and now he wants the right woman. Will Melaniece him being a vampire? Here's to hoping!!!

I enjoyed reading this short, very steamy second chance vampire romance with older characters. Heroine has 2 children (18 and 20). Wished this was a longer story though, I think I'd have got into it more.
