Epistles in a Nutshell

Rate this book
What’s the point? In a pragmatic era overloaded with information, most of us want to get to the point quickly. With Bible reading almost becoming a lost discipline among Christians, this book is designed to help people quickly get the point each epistle writer is making amid each idea, chapter and letter. It is not intended to become a substitute for the epistles, nor a commentary. Rather it is designed to be a help that might encourage Christians to dig deeper as the prevailing point has been made obvious. This is a helpful tool for pastors and all readers of the Bible. The writers of the epistles all have a unique testimony of Christ, and although that influences their perspective when seeking to encourage, strengthen and challenge the early church, there is no contradiction in their message. Some time is taken to explore the unique perspective of each author to help the reader get to know the person behind each letter.
