As I've been in a mood to reminisce about my early days in SF fandom, I read through the Star Wars Storybook Trilogy again just for fun. As a collectible, it's been on my book shelf among many other Star Wars reference material for decades and is still in excellent condition.
Geraldine Richelson, Shep Steneman, and Joan D. Vinge adapt each of the three films, respectively, into a novella complete with photos of iconic scenes from the film (many of which are also found in the vintage Topps trading cards). The book is still a fantastic way to keep the spirit of the films alive and an effective tool for encouraging young Star Wars fans to read.
