After learning that Milissa was captured, Rebecca arranges a meeting with Alana and John to figure out what to do and where to look. Rebecca ends up going into labor due to dark magic and is forced to stay in bed while everyone else hunts down Milissa. Although Rebecca is alive she can't heal herself like she should be able to and the only doctor that is capable of helping her is knocked out cold due to the same dark magic. She faces many complications that leave her on the brink of death with each new obstacle. The closer she gets to death the weaker Sebastian gets because she is drawing on all of his strength to keep her and her unborn babies alive. They learn that Milissa is being held captive to be used as a sacrificial element in an attempt for a coven to gain more powers. With Rebecca unable to assist and on the brink of death and Milissa in danger of her soul forever burning in Hell, she has to choose who to save. Does she save Milissa; or Rebecca and her unborn babies? Can she choose? Can she save them all?
