Hope White is sick of being labelled "different." Her family of nine homeschooled children has just moved 1,000 miles to escape the judgement from their past, and Hope is determined to start over and start right. But she hadn't counted on prejudice rearing its head in their new city. Frustrated and angry, Hope dreams up a project for those called a storytelling workshop, for help sharing the unique stories of participants' own lives. Through determination and help from her family and a new friend, Hope brings her dream to reality. But when the White family's secret gets out, Hope's project is threatened. She must find a way to confront prejudice around her and forgive if she wants to save her project--and her relationships.
