This book is not a super "fun" book to read, but has very practical suggestions for seven very specific skills that the author thinks are foundational for kids to develop in order that they may succeed in all areas of life - now and in the future. It's the sort of thing that might be good to have a reference and to re-read specific chapters as your kids grow and encounter differnet challenges. It's very practical.

Lots of info and helpful ideas. Impossible to remember all but great to focus on one point at a time.
