I give this book a 5-star rating because in this book there is tons of information about your lungs and other parts of the body related to the lungs. This book describes how every part of the respiration system works and how the air travels into the lungs and out giving us oxygen and releasing carbon dioxide, it explains how the immune system prevents viruses, bacteria, and other things getting into our lungs, it answers why we do things like coughing, sneezing, hiccup, and yawning, it describes how problems like asthma affect the respiration system, and it has great pictures to help us understand the writing better.
