Very light easy romanticized read. Like having a chat with a good friend over tea about shared interests. Not a how to but more of a what is good about life in the country. Specificly Vermont.

my favorite qoute: " Bed calls early in country life, and so does morning, What is so sweet as five o'clock in the morning on a spring day, with birds singing and a gentle breeze bringing the scent of the earth, of apple blossoms, and the firewood piled in the shed. Bed practically throws you out of it and into the adventures of the day"

I too love this time of day, but in the winter not so much.LOL.
