More like 3.5 😬

I liked most of it, especially the parts about how to talk to yourself, improve your feminine energy, etc. It definitely gave me some great exercises to get in touch with my 'authentic feminine' self, and inspired me to download other books on the subject.

It's very Insufferable Vegan™ of me, but the part where Ms Heath spoke about protein really got to me 🙄 Surely the most feminine diet of all is a vego/vegan one, right? Because it involves no harm, no suffering, no deprivation of any other female creatures. It's like she's never heard of plant protein, and instead needs the protein from ~organic~ meat and animal products to sustain her feminine activities. Like, you can still dance and garden if you eat some peanut butter bars or chickpeas???

Anyway, aside from that big bump in the road, this book was helpful.

Treat yourself kindly, like you would a friend, don't talk down to yourself inside your head.

Commend yourself when you do well or tackle something you find difficult.

Don't try to be like a man.

Appreciate your body for the miracle it is, don't critique it for not being the image of someone else.

Do things every day that refresh you.

Take time to really exist in the moment - focusing on what your senses are telling you rather than the million and one thoughts racing around your mind.

Think about positive things you enjoy, don't dwell on negative past experiences.
