a very nice "over the shoulder" look into the creative process of a number of artists. If you‘‘re looking for how to‘s and tips on digital painting techniques, this is NOT the book for you because the artists don’t explain how they do something while already painting; they talk about how they approach a painting, how they think, how they plan illustrations etc.

You will find a bunch of different approaches and some things that every artists does and would probably be a good idea to integrate into your own process (thumbnail sketches for me).
