The way I've been eyeing this book since it was published and only got to it now...a crime honestly for such a heartwarming story. It's one of those that deserve to be made into movies because they're so sweet. Both Natalie and Fury are great characters and parents and I can't wait to see the continuation of their story.

P. S. I love the way Jasmine Nicole writes, I probably said that at some point but now I'm saying it again.

Love Me This Christmas gave perfect holiday vibes. You got a look at a healthy coparenting relationship, you get a good amount of spice, plenty of romance, a touch of drama but the thing I loved most was that this story centers around a woman experiencing honest, unapologetic love. Fury is an absolute dream. I love how he loves Nat and Jer from the very beginning. This was a quick read but the author definitely gets you invested in the love story between these characters. Absolutely loved it. Definitely looking forward to more from this author.

Fury & Natalie

This was a cute read….this was my first read from this author….there were errors in this book, but I was able to get through the store. I really did enjoy the premise of the story…about a young lady experiencing a bad break up around Christmas (which was her, her ex and their son’s favorite time of year)…She meet someone new by chance and he restores her faith in the holiday season as well as love.

5 ⭐️ This book has been sitting on my kindle for over a year & I can’t believe I’m just now reading it.

I loved EVERYTHING about this Christmas book.

Natalie was done so wrong by her child’s father. Men like him are THEE absolute worst. Fury came in at just the right time to reassure her and know that she can be loved the right way. That is a good man! Whewwwwww! Their love blossomed quickly but it was so organic.

Can’t wait to read about their wedding in Marry Me This Christmas 🫶🏽❤️

all the feels🥺🫶🏾

Love Me This Christmas was so sweet and special. I just loved Fury, what a man he was! 🥺❤️Natalie endured an awful breakup on Christmas and is now focused on being everything for her son. Fury is literally just what Natalie needed as she navigated the Christmas holiday. He was a gentleman but he does not play about the ones he love and not in a vulgar way, his words and actions were intentional. I just loved the way that the two families blended, it was healthy for the kids. And hold on, Natalie and Fury where getting it on, I was not expecting that spice. This was a fabulous debut story from Jasmine Nicole. I enjoyed this book!👏🏾

What a sweet story! Your heart breaks as Natalie finds her boyfriend sneaking out of their house right before Christmas, leaving her and her son! 💔 Now that is fboy behavior if I ever saw it! 🤬 Natalie is trying to pick up the pieces of her life and be all that she can for her son Jeremiah. Meeting Fury was a bit much for Natalie, as her views on men are still jaded. But, as they continue to bump into each other, she decides to give him a chance. Fury! This man was everything! 😍 A man about his business, who was happily co-parenting his son, but was missing love. He is intentional about all that he does and is pursuit of Natalie was fierce. He had mad patience, allowed Natalie to feel sadness, so she could begin to heal; and guided her mind and heart toward love! Their blended family was adorable, and drama free. New author to me, and I really enjoyed this! 👍👍👍

I received an arc in exchange for an honest review and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed this book!! It was a quick page turner and it holds you in. Reading this made me feel all warm inside🥹

Nat and Fury’s story was beautiful. Fury showed Nat genuine love and took his time with her as she was dealing with heartbreak from the past. The chemistry between the two was immediate and whew, led to some things!

The friendship that Jonathan and Jeremiah developed was so adorable. The two boys were best friends the moment they met and always wanted to see each other. It’s something about children characters that really makes a holiday read feel like the holiday.

This was a cute, fun, holiday read. Releases Dec 9th!

Nat x Fury

How cute and sweet was this story. Like sappy sweet. Fury is Holiday Bae. He was soo extremely sweet and soo loving to Nat her baby. He took care of her even though she really didn't need to be taken care of. We won’t talk about Levi. He's trash. But fury was intentional in the way he cared for her. This story was super refreshing. But it was riddled with little errors that eventually got annoying, but overall I super enjoyed the story. This author is new to me and I would for sure read from her catalog again.

Actually 3.25 ⭐️

In Love Me This Christmas we follow Nat, a single mother who is healing after having her heart broken last Christmas. After a year spent without a word from her child's father, she is hesitant to open herself and her son to a new romance.

Enter Fury, a single father who just hasn't found that special somebody. Between work and co-parenting, there's been no time for romance, and honestly nobody has caught his eye.

Will they end up together?

I did. After a month of reading tear-jerkers, this was the cozy, low conflict read that I needed. Watching Fury make space for Nat to share and heal from her wounds warmed my old, cold heart. The way he worshipped her was the purest wishfulfillment for me! I also absolutely adored the children, a welcome surprise considering how off-base a lot of authors are when writing kids.

If you read self-published romances, specifically on KU, you'll be familiar with some of the pitfalls of the genre. For those that are new, be prepared for very casual tone, some issues with flow, and some hiccups in the timeline. These aren't dealbreakers for me but best to be upfront.

All in all, I enjoyed this quick read and hope to see more from Jasmine in the future!

Love prevailed...

This book was recommended to me by Kindle. And I am glad that I indulged in it. Ms. Nicole is a new author to me and I believe this is her debut. You did a magnificent job by the way.

Natalie and Jeremiah deserved a Fury. He was man enough to be there for Natalie and Jeremiah in different ways. He did what Jeremiah's biological father didn't do, love him unconditionally. He was the father figure and proved his love through adoption. Natalie needed a man that had the same vision as her. He had to want a family, a wife, and a commitment. A commitment where each partner put in the work for an everlasting relationship. Fury was ready for whatever speed bump came their way. He truly showed Natalie what the definition of love means. The family gifts for Christmas were so thoughtful, the Ross boy and girls.

This was a Christmas read that had lots of vivid sceneries. You can imagine the hiking trail, the Wonderland at the recreational center, and the extravaganza that Fury created. If you weren't in the Christmas spirit this book will surely put you into it. Ms. Nicole may be new to the literary world but she starting on the right foot. So grab your copy today. It is going to be more to come. I'm looking forward to Martin and Crystal's story around Valentine's day.

I definitely put my heart and soul into this book. It’s my first project and centered around the time of the year that brings me most cheer. The thought that went into Fury’s character was very intentional because he was supposed to show Natalie how much she could have unconditional love as a single mother even when the person she loved the most abandoned her.

Natalie found Fury at the right time and loved her and her son. I was so happy for her and Jeremiah that they got loved on properly.

Christmas fuzzy feeling

This like a Hallmark Christmas movie. I was feeling all giggly, happy, a bit sad and excited. Natalie and Fury together just felt real and meant to be, pure and purposeful. Though fast I adored the journey or attraction/lust to like to love. The Ross family ❤️. As for Levi, like really…coward and just sad. Beautiful story of blending together.

Love Me This Christmas -Jasmine Nicole ❤️🎄

Nat is devastated when her partner and father of her son blindsides her by leaving them for another relationship. Numb, lonely, and angry she marches on . Fury is a single dad charmed by Nat’s abrasiveness and pretty face during a close encounter.

This chance to love again Black love was so sweet and charming! Opening your heart again after it’s been broken is not easy, especially during the Christmas season. I enjoy the journey of falling in love with this book….. Perfect for this season🥰🥰🥰🥰

New Author.

This was cute.
It was a slow start for me I left it for a few days and came back and finished early this morning.

The male character was written from the POV of a woman that wants a man like this in her head, cause I don’t know any man like this in real life. I guess that’s why it’s called fiction, right

This time line is off a bit and there are a few details missing. It was an ok story I liked how organic their relationship was. They had actual dates, to get to know each other. If you are looking for a short Christmas read then this is for you.

ARC Review

Love Me This Christmas was a very sweet holiday novella. It had a little bit of everything wrapped up nicely in Christmas paper and stamped with a bow. Our heroine and hero were Natalie and Fury and they are introduced in this story on two different emotional wavelengths. But in the end, they are riding it (or she's riding him...) together.

The book opens up with Natalie Love discovering that the family she'd always dreamed she would have was about to be derailed. I mean, I saw this coming, but damn it was still foul. Not only does she have a young son to shelter from the harsh reality that daddy isn't coming home, she also has to deal with the "love of her life" leaving her and admitting he'd already been tiptoeing out the door before he fully made his exit. I must say, my good sis was a lot better at handling it than I would have been. He wouldn't have been walking at all had it been me. Limping, crawling, carried, covered with a white sheet by coroners probably would have been his ending instead. But Natalie allowed him to go because you can't make someone stay where they don't wanna be, right?

A year later, baby girl is still reeling from the ripping apart that was done right before her favorite time of the year and it almost made her completely hate the memories. Understandably so, that time is going to always be difficult if there is nothing or no ONE to replace those broken pieces with something better. Insert Fury Ross.

When we are introduced to Fury, he is just a gentleman trying to help what seems to be a damsel in distress. Nat literally slid right into his life and while their first encounter was an accident, everything happens for a reason. Mr. Ross was only trying to keep Natalie from busting her ass on the ice outside the store but that sparked something in him and he doubled down on his noble deeds and bought her what becomes a staple in their relationship, a peppermint mocha latte. He also helped her with her search for the Christmas lights she'd gone into the store for in the first place.

Hesitate to give him the time of day, Natalie brushed his niceties off as lame, even though she thought it and HE was cute. Being jaded will have you losing your blessings if you aren't careful. But you know how they say, "if it's meant to be, it will be"? Well, Nat & Fury were meant to be. Because how do you randomly show up with your families to the same place and still run into each other after you couldn't get that person out of your mind? But like I said, everything happens for a reason. Fate, I tell ya. Thus, the start of a beautiful connection.

For the remainder of the book, we see these two getting to know each other and falling deeper and deeper in a short period of time, which scares Nat a little. But I get it. Sis doesn't want her heart broken again. However, Fury was steadfast in letting her know that he ain't that nigga from her past. And he proves it EVERY SINGLE TIME. We love a hero that is intentional about what he wants. I even swooned a little when him and his son, Johnathan, surprised her at work. It was the cutest thing in the world. It was heart swelling that their sons became comfortable with the other adult the way they did. I would say that it was cute that the boys got along well too, but that happens a lot with young children. Everyone is their best friend on impact. However, when you are pursuing a relationship with someone, your child(ren)'s comfort level with the other person and their child(ren) is VERY IMPORTANT.

Since I'm already discussing it, I must say, what is noteworthy in this book is the family aspect. Not only did Fury have the big family that Natalie desired, there was healthy co-parenting shown all over Fury's side. Both of his parents were married to other people and even though Johnathan's mother was engaged to someone else, Fury was cool with Kevin. They all worked together to ensure their family worked well. That is something we don't see enough of in the black community and I loved to see that.

Once Fury and Natalie crossed from the "getting to know you" into the relationship phase, I had a feeling SOMEBODY was gonna pop back up in the mix. And sure enough, Jeremiah's sperm donor resurfaces in the most inopportune time. I personally feel like Fury should have rocked his dome and Natalie should have told ole girl the truth about his trifling ass. But just like when he chose to leave, she was grace under fire with it. I COULD NOT! Work function or not, it would have been on and popping. The nerve of him to ask how his son was doing after not even seeing him for a whole freaking year. FUCK YOU!

I did not agree with her intentionally ignoring when he WAS calling when he first left just because she was hurting. She didn't have to speak to him. She could have just given the phone to their son and kept it pushing. However, I also understand not wanting your children to have their hearts stamped on by broken promises. It's one of those things, do I give them the chance to prove themselves to our child(ren) and risk them hurting them or shut that door completely and lessen the blow? So, I get it. In the end, both Natalie and Jeremiah were taken care of the way they should. Fury and his unconventional family welcomed hers with opened arms and they added to make it even bigger and better.

For a first-time author, Jasmine Nicole did GREAT with this book. There were a few editing issues I saw, but it in no way shape or form took away from the reading. I'm so glad Jas made that cross from being a reader to a full-blown PUBLISHED author in these literary streets. I can't wait to read more. Congratulations on your debut and I look forward to more. Thank you for allowing me to receive an advanced copy of your release for an honest review.

I LOVED THIS BOOK! This was such a sweet and beautiful romance centered on two single parents finding love in each other. My girl Jasmine got me invested into this story with her beautiful writing and these wonderful characters.

Natalie (Nat) was abandoned by her boyfriend and the father of her son Jeremiah right before Christmas. Now, the most beautiful time of the year that once brought her so much joy and cheer, now brings pain and sorrow. Enter Fury, a single parent himself to a son named Jonathan. Fury loves this time of year and loves to spread the love and joy he grew up with to everyone around him. He bumps into Nat at Target and is instantly connected to her.

My girl Nat deserved all the love. After the breakup, she put all her focus in her son. Though the Christmas season brought her so much pain, she did her best to be there for Jeremiah. She is a wonderful mother and friend; caring and lovely. Fury came into her life and turned that frown upside down (i’m sorry lol). Fury was exactly what Nat needed at this time of year. Fury showered her with unapologetic love. I loved the way he cared for her, not only physically by emotionally as well. When she needed a shoulder to cry on, he was there. He had such a calming and secured feeling about him that made Nat feel safe and loved. When he brought coffee to her at work?!?! The dates they had and how thought out they were!?!? WHERE CAN I FIND ME A FURY? This man had me on the verge of tears with some of the things he was saying to Nat. Got me all jealous and ish…. over a fictional character!!! Fury “Anything for you, baby” Ross is THAT MAN.

Also, THE SPIICCEE WAS SPICING. I wasn’t expecting the spiciness, but I enjoyed every minute of it.

Jeremiah and Jonathan were so cute. I loved how fast they took to each other and became best friends. Kids man… got to love them. I appreciated the co-parenting between Fury and Lisa. It was cool seeing a healthy co-parenting relationship. I also loved how easily the families blended together.

Overall, absolutely enjoyed this book. Definitely recommend for this time of year!

My bah humbugging ahh has been molly whopped with the holiday spirit 🎄🥊. This piece was written at a good pace. The storyline was festive, refreshing, & completely adorable. Watching Fury & Natalie fall in love had me blushing with each page turned.

Plot Time: Mother & wife, Natalie Love used to adore everything about the holidays. That is until her husband leaves her high & dry a few weeks before Christmas; leaving behind their son & her broken heart. Fast forward a year later, the recently divorced mother no longer sees the magic of the holiday time & she darn sure doesn’t see the possibility of happily ever after.

In comes Fury! A divorced father with an optimistic outlook on life & all of the bells and whistles needed to make Natalie believe in sleigh bells, Saint Nick, & forever...with him by her side.

🫶🏾FAV THINGS ABOUT THIS BOOK:

I am obsessed with that man . He was something from the gods . She literally took our dream man and threw him in a book and I loved every page of it . Fury wasn’t afraid to show he wanted him some Natalie . He didn’t care who was around to see or hear . Ever since day one he came correct about her and neverrr I mean neverrrr let up . He’s a fine black man that knows how to treat a woman. A black father that coparented perfectly with his sons mother . Id give my life to take Nat’s place cuz sis was living the damn dreammmm .

Nat was my girl . My sexyy mamas . Single mother who had to toughen up quick to be there for her son after his father walked out on them and never looked back . Couple days before Christmas I might add . And thus starts her hate for Christmas, she became a grinch fr . But in walks mfin Fury who turned that around . Nat was forced to be in her soft girl era . She never had to lift a finger . Dont get me wrong she was a strong black woman that was bout her business but she need that soft hard man to show her real love . And did she get it .

My favorite scenes was their dates 🥺 literally he took the time and effort to plan them things . The interactions with each others kid had my heart running through the roof . But what was top tier for me always will be , was the way Fury treated Nat .

Girl literally wrote a guide for how to go about your shawty and turned it into a book 🤣🩷 Bye im bout to make my man read this 😘

Romantic holiday romance

Love me this Christmas is a sweet holiday romance novella. It has that Christmasy feeling but also shows how sadness and hurt can lead to a happy, nurturing, loving ending.

Natalie is preparing to enjoy Santa's arrival with her boyfriend Levi and their son one Christmas Eve. However, that night, Levi decides he no longer wants to be a part of the family and leave. Christmas is supposed to be the family's favourite time of the year. How will Natalie and her son move forward and still enjoy this year?

Fast forward a year later, Natalie runs into Fury while Christmas shopping. She is still dealing with her heartbreak but pushing through to make this year special for her son. Yet, Fury can see that under all that sadness, there is a lovely woman he would like to know.

As the two get to know each other, the story develops and shows the togetherness of family, romance and love and how those elements can change a sad holiday into a truly loving time.

I liked this story because:

Wonderful characters, romantic, steamy, entertaining, page-turner
