Rate this book
This is a small book about a journey of many miles. It took me from my home in Colorado, to a home in Montana, and then back to Colorado, to a new home. It is about the relationship between my mother and myself, how we grew together after we moved apart. But it is also my mother’s journey. And so, you will hear her perspective, in her own words. And it is a spiritual journey, a yearlong journey of facing myself, searching for God’s love, and discovering both.

I was born in Fort Lauderdale, attended the University of Michigan on an athletic scholarship for swimming and then worked on Wall Street. I left the bright lights of the big city fifteen years ago and traveled the world. I now live in the mountains of Colorado, where I pursue my dream of writing novels.
