Wisdom Today: 366 Essays on Living a Virtuous Life
Wisdom Today ofers 366 essays—one-a-day—on how to live a virtuous life.
Inspired by the wisdom of the ancients, the essays bring Stoicism into modern situations to help you face, and overcome, modern challenges.
Stoicism encourages you to develop your mind to make rational decisions, and then to focus on problems you can control, and to release problems beyond your control.
These essays also encourage you to engage your community and to be a positive influence in the world.
Our world has many problems, and most may seem beyond your control, but you can still influence how society, address those problems. The world, in fact, needs each of us to fully engage with each other and use our rational mind to think of solutions.
These essays can help strengthen your resolve each day, and remind you to take an active role in solving problems, rather than shrink from adversity.
