The book Playing Out of Your Mind is about how to developing your mental toughness as an athlete. This is a nonfiction soccer player’s book. It talks about how to develop and strengthen your mentality. It helps you to not get down on yourself when you’re in a difficult situation. It allows you to stay focused and to be able to compete at higher levels. I thought it was a boring book but I think that it will really help my game. I think that the book should of added real quotes from professional athletes so it related to younger players. It was hard to read but as long as you want to get something out of then you should be able to easily read through it. It has great quotes in it that can be used as motivation. I liked this book because I think it will really help me. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to help develop there mentality as a player because it is definitely something you can benefit from.

Playing Out of Your Mind by Alan S. Goldberg is about developing the mental aspect of the game of soccer. I was recommended this book by the director of my soccer club, and it really helped me improve my game overall. I would recommend this book to people who play soccer and are struggling with the mental part. This book will help make a player mentally tough so they can reach the next level.
