He is on the faculty of Alliant University and the University of California, Davis, Medical School. He is the recipient of the Mental Health Association's President's Award for contributions to the mental health community. This was a good fast read. It just took me a minute to get through it due to a reading slump.
Good information, I would recommend it.

A pretty quick read with some great information covering depression in many different aspects and what a person can do to deal with/manage it. A good book to recommend to clients struggling with depression.

Very informative book for those who suffer with depression. A lot of self-help ideas. I would also recommend this book for people who live with someone who suffers from this dreadful disease.

This is a great book for both people diagnosed with depression as well as family and friends supporting someone with depression. Highly recommend.
