说起来现在的北京被戏称为美食荒漠,不过在作者笔下写起来确实很好吃。感觉好吃大抵分为两种,一种是食材好,比如肥美的螃蟹;一种是肯下功夫,比如肉末用切的不是用剁,更不是用机器绞的。这本书搭配老饭骨的视频一起食用也很适合。

说吃笋的那段简直馋得我不行,最后又专门有一篇说“馋”。写栗子,有一段说徐志摩因吃不到桂花煮栗子,还写诗称《这年头活着不易》,真让人笑得不行。

像是浮生六梦的风格。慵懒、典雅、冲淡,语言节奏感非常好,不愧是大师。
