I’m using this book to teach a class of teens. It’s very basic but good at introducing teenagers to herbs. However, I have to supplement a lot each week because the chapters are very short. So if you are brand new to herbs this would be an easy read for you. If you have some knowledge on them this will be a little boring.
This book was very good for me, because I am a beginner learning about herbs. She-explained each herb in a simple format and it was easy to understand their uses.
