My best friend doesn’t know I’m in love with him – and now he’s living with me as he saves my family’s bakery.
When Andrew loses his business, girlfriend, and condo in one clean sweep, of course I’m going to help. He’s been my best friend since grade school
Of course, I’ve been in love with him for almost that long. Not that he knows that. I’ve never told him. Andrew’s straight, and we need each other too much as friends to risk losing him.
Now, he’s moved back from the city to our small hometown, determined to use his big business smarts to help the failing bakery my brother and I run.
When I offer to pay him, he refuses money. His bargain? Moving in with me. Which wouldn’t be so bad, if he wasn’t sharing my bed, as well.
Suddenly, we’re sharing a lot more than the bed.
I know when the bakery’s back on its feet, Andrew’s going to be moving on to another big job, big city… big life. Now that I know what I’m missing, how am I going to go back to being his long distance BFF?

I'm not normally a MM romance reader, but I picked up Cinnamon Roll by author Kate Bell on a whim, and I wasn't disappointed! I love a good friends to lovers story, and Max and Andrew are meant for each other. Max has been in love with Andrew, his "straight" best friend, since they were kids, but he'd resigned himself to never being with him. But with a bit of forced proximity, Andrew realizes that he loves his friend Max in a way he never expected! I love these characters, as well as all the secondary characters in this book! There's such a loving sense of family, sprinkled with a lot of humor, and it's feel-good all the way around. Plus...sexy! You can't go wrong with this book, and I'm looking forward to Bell's next book in the series! Auto-buy for me!
