Sweet wholesome book from a series for girls who are interested in horses. My younger daughter just finished this book and enjoyed it. Recommend for ages 1st grade (advanced) to 3rd grade.

my favorite part was when happy and sassy became friends. the worst part was when sassys first rider didnt treat her very well. my favorite character was hyappy. the worst character was sassys first rider. auryn 11 years old, 2014

I liked it because it was about horses and horses are my favorite animals. Sassy runs off and her friend is the only one brave enough to go save her.
