Hisaya Nakajo (中条比紗也) was a Japanese shōjo manga artist. She also used the names Peco Fujiya and Ryou Fumizuki for doujinshi with her circle, Daisanteikoku.
If I thought Mizuki had the worst-kept secret in history before, it's getting straight-up ridiculous now. In addition to the small army who already knows, in this volume we add all three RAs. Tennoji (the spiky-haired RA) blabs to his girlfriend that there's a girl at Osaka, and from there a rumor spreads to St. Blossom girls' school and through the whole population of Osaka High.
Since we only have a volume to go, either Mizuki's attendance will end when this school year does, or we'll have a very brief summary of her senior year before the curtain closes. It'd be nice for Nakatsu to find someone to date after having his silly heart broken by Mizuki, but there might not be enough pages left to add a plotline like that.
I do like the career that Mizuki chose on her survey. Her parasocial-to-irl relationship with Sano could easily have just evolved to her wanting to be his domestic partner and ending there, so it's cool that she has something else to strive for.
By Volume 22, the drama is in overdrive but somehow still hilarious. Everyone’s emotions are peaking, secrets are dangling by a thread, and yet… somehow… there’s still time for absurd side gags. Nakatsu remains the king of oblivious longing, and Mizuki’s poker face deserves awards. Four stars for chaos-meets-heartfelt-moments.
I'll make this short and sweet. The series started out good and then went downhill from there, no matter how much I tried to like them. It was cheesy and repetitive and really boring. :)
Namun, isu tetap bergulir.
Ahhh so short! I get I was used already with the 3-in-1 volumes! And those volumes were grouped so well too!
Anyway, the penultimate volume!
It was all about the truth, that's starting to come out. Everyone is starting to know. It felt slow. And short.
There wasn't much script that struck me, but overall, I still like it.
I like how most of the guys highlighted showed their "good side". Is it because the writer is a girl? Haha! Sexist pala. Come to think of it, there weren't really any asshole characters in the series. Hmm... I wonder how that would pan out too.
I just thought this was a pretty underwhelming way to bring her whole issue to a close. She knows that she has this one secret that will cause her to get expelled and disgraced that she has spent the entire 21 books worrying about...and then decides to get totally naked and stand around in front of an open ground-level window? That's pretty careless behavior even if you weren't trying to keep your gender a secret. Feh.

I'm glad that after a LOT of filler episodes/volumes we're finally getting towards the gender reveal we all knew was coming, but I must admit that I was expecting a bit more drama! It's sadly a bit bland...
It’s all boiling to the surface. The RAs know, Sano told Mizuki he knows, and the rumor has spread like wildfire at the school. We are heading to the end, folks. It’s time and I’m ready. By the way, it’s nice of Mizuki to have set a goal for herself. 4.5/5
Yay, Izumi and Mizuki such in love, I can't bear it. Uh-oh lovebird, too cute :3 I relieved though, finally Sano tell Mizuki that he actually knew her secret for along time, but hell you Mizuki being shy and such thing :| I keep Lol-ed about how Youjiro counting their kisses :))))
Yaah, Megu-chan *now i'm teasing him too, kekeke* you spoiled brat, what you have done? Leaked out Mizuki's secret just because feeling uneasy to your girlfriend? NO NO its really not good you know.
This book is a really good! Wah! The RA's have found out Ashiya's secret! I also can't believe that Sano was standing right outside the door and heard the whole conversation. When the RA's asked her if Sano knew, of course Ashiya denies, but Sano barges in and declares he's known all along! Mizuki, frozen still in horror finally realising reality runs of out of the the door. Sano caught up to her like in those really dramatic movie scenes and explained everything. It was soooo dramatic, I loved it!

I love this manga, I love this anime. Mizuki is a clever girl to actually disguise herself as a guy and walk into Osaka. I was pretty amazed when I watched the anime and read the manga. The only difference is that they didn't actually have the same parts in the story. But it still the same characters that are played and told along. If I were Mizuki, I'd be happy that I got Izumi Sono to fall for me and for me to love him back equally.
I binge read all of Hana Kimi. It's easy to see why that is so easy once you get into the second chapter of the series. Hana Kimi is filled with complex character moments, tension, and fun. All the characters come to life and its hard to put the story down. I've read my fair share of manga over the years and will continue to. I have the feeling that Hana Kimi will remain one of my favorites. I can't wait to get in a reread.
A little anticlimactic, but I guess this isn't technically the climax (that will be the next volume, the final one).
Still, I expected more dramatic results when someone finally discovered Mizuki was a girl. Sweet and charming as always, but not one of the better in the series. (The weird vibe over the kiss count was the highlight.)

Just one more volume after this. Glad I continued reading the series where I left off which was volume 12 or 13 I think, I don't know. Anyway, this was good and well, I'm kind of sad I'm caught up but at the same time glad I finally am caught up. If that makes sense.
Not my favorite volume, though there certainly was a lot of plot progression. The rumor is definitely an exciting, if expected, turn, and it makes it more fun that Nakao and Kadoma are around. I'm hoping that Mizuki and Sano get a little less awkward though. It's kind of painful.
Finally! I couldn't finish this book fast enough and then I was mad at the end when they weren't just finishing so I could know what was happening!!!! AHHHH!!
