A good book if you want to understand the concepts of software project Management.Would be helpful for students and someone who is about to start a career in Software Industry as a Project Manager.But not that insightful for professionals already having more than three to four years of experience in Project Management.For the experienced one I would always recommend Richard Pressman.But all said and done I loved the book and it was a kind of chit sheet for me to brush off some concepts which I had read when I started out as a Project Management professional
