It was interesting... unlike other things I've read, but I would take and leave some of it.

This book has changed my perspective on my own life. I feel completely different and ready to live my live so much fuller. Highly recommend it.

Good book on the basis of self-esteem. Also attended some lectures at the time by similar professor-authors at BYU.
