This book was my best deal. Got it in Borders's bargain corner for only RM23. Hard-covered, full-coloured, and I LOVE the content. It explains a lot about human's brain, from the structure, mind, memory until how to optimize it. It is the less complicated version of Neuroscience book I bought earlier which was very academic. This one is fun to read and very informative. I'd recommend this book for those who want to learn more about human's brain.
Picked this up at a charity shop - it's an ok book - though the title is a misnomer, because while it has sections that fall into "Making the most of your brain", what it really amounts to is an introduction to neuroscience and psychology (and history of) with a few bits of "brain tweaking" thrown in to tart it up.
