If you've never read a book about customer service, attended a customer service workshop, or watched a customer service video, this slim volume might well be useful. If, however, you have done any of those things, you'll likely find this book to be a warmed-over collection of trite quotes and hackneyed advice that adds nothing to what you've previously encountered.
