My background is in art and design. I began writing picture books for my grandchildren. It seemed a natural extension of my art. I love mysteries and love writing them. They are like puzzles that need to be solved. I love writing, illustrating and designing books.
I balance my writing by teaching yoga and have also written and illustrated an inspirational book and a children's yoga book. I currently live in San Diego County CA.
I am thrilled if I can educate as well as entertain.
My main character for most of my books, is a pug dog who loves a mystery and thinks she is quite good at solving crimes. Her name is Charlotte. She is named after my grandchildren's dog who is now in doggie heaven.
Taking a break from Charlotte, I did a book for cat lovers of all ages titled Ancient Tombs and Spells. A romp through Egyptian burial grounds with three mystical cats.
I love when I can both entertain and educate.
