Like the circulatory one, the information on nutrients is a bit outdated but otherwise another great book that my children enjoyed.

Informative and easy to follow book covering the digestive system in a clear way for young readers. This would make a nice addition to any elementary or middle school library or classroom. The illustrations are done in a cartoonish animated way that kids will enjoy. There are also several "be a scientist" sections, listing activities kids can do to further aid them in understanding the complexities of the human body.
