Inside the Asylum: Why the UN and Old Europe are Worse Than You Think

Rate this book
Babbin details how the United Nations actively pursues anti-American policies and appeases America's enemies, while being largely funded by $3 billion worth of annual American dues. After revealing the depth of rampant corruption in the UN, Babbin concludes that it is time to recognize the changes in Old Europe and redesign America's alliances that line up with America's national interests.

What a joke of a book this is. I was laughing out loud for most of it, primarily because it is just about 100% paranoid speculation. This book is fit only for those feeble-minded simpletons that refer to themselves as "conspiracy theorists."

I will be blunt about this book in that this subject is more critical than ever with our current Federal administration trying to hand as much as possible over to the United Nations.

In the beginning the idea of the UN was a lofty one. However, over time it has become corrupted and perverted in all sorts of ways. It has become a means to attack the US or use our resources and capabilities to further others' agendas.

It was very much an eye opener the level of corruption and contempt within the UN. This is just the author's opinion, he supports his hypothesis over and over with the UN's own reports or that of other agencies which have reviewed the work of the UN.

One only has to look at the membership of UN Commission on Human Rights to realize the ideals of 1945 have been turned on their head.

Brings out some nice points not caught by other authors. I've known since the early 70s that the UN was bad. This book tells you just "how" bad.
