After reading 'A Second Opinion', I immediately picked up two more of her books as I was intrigued by how much this book resonated with my own thoughts on beliefs, consciousness and awareness. Emily writes in a casual, straight forward manner and when she presents a concept she explains it clearly and provides real world examples from her own life. Every chapter, every page has little gems that will make you think or rethink your own views and there is always something that you can take away and use in your own life. This is definitely a book to revisit again and again!
