Kor'inth by Mychael Black

Kor'inth is a Dark Elf who's been banished from his home for loving a man. After living alone in the forest for two years he ventures to town looking for companionship. Standing outside a club, envious of the subs being led in, he's caught unawares by a tall handsome stranger. Soren is a Dom, and a Vampire, and he knows right away he wants Kor'inth for himself. He gives him a sexy little latex outfit to wear but before they even make it to the club they're having their own private scene. It seems Kor'inth has indeed found what he most wanted, a Master.
This seven page short story is nicely written and quite sexy. I felt for poor Kor'inth in the beginning as we learn about what he's gone through in his life. There's no time to develop a relationship between the elf and vampire as they are only together a few hours before the story ends. However, we are left with the sense that Soren wants to keep Kor'inth for more than just a night.

University of Florida student Mike and his boyfriend Kevin are getting ready to tailgate before a football game. When Kevin's roommate Carl gets unpleasant they go to Mike's empty dorm room to get ready. As they use latex paints to decorate themselves they also find fun, sexy and ingenious ways to play with each other. Later at the tailgate party things get interesting as Carl, having dismissed Mike as a 'dumb jock', is shocked to find there's a lot more to the guy than he ever imagined, including a surprising connection to someone Carl greatly admires.
I really enjoyed this eleven page short story. Sexy and very humorous, this well written story is highly entertaining. Mike and Kevin are a couple of typical college students and the author did a great job with them as well with the atmosphere of the story. It was easy to imagine the fun of a tailgate party, the sights, smells and sounds as the Gator fans celebrate their team. Being from Florida and living only about an hour away from UF made this an extra special story to read. Go Gators!
Overall an entertaining look at two young men having a fun day.

This fun and sexy seven page story brings back Shane and Galen from the author's Stormy Weather series. Shane's friends have sent him a case of latex paints and Shane's decided to drive Galen a bit crazy. Black latex paint, conveniently ripped jeans and some toys guarantee a super hot night for this couple. I've read all the stories in this series and this quick peek back at Shane and Len was very enjoyable. These two men are super sexy and totally in love and when they play it's hot, hot, hot.
Overall I really enjoyed this little collection of stories. All are well written and interesting and I liked how the theme was used in each one. Starting with a sexy paranormal that brought two strangers together to the two contemporary stories featuring established couples having fun, this is a book that engaged me from beginning to end. This is one that I recommend as an easy and entertaining read.

Kor’inth by Mychael Black – Kor’inth is a dark elf who was banished because he had a relationship with a male. He comes from a male submissive culture and after two years alone approaches a BDSM club desiring to serve. He’s approached by Soren, a vampire, who offers him something to wear and an escort. At his car he puts him in a latex outfit but they get so hot and heavy Soren decides to take him home instead. I’m not sure if this is part of a series or not. I did enjoy the descriptions of Kor’inth living in the woods.
Tail-Gators by Jay Lyon – Mike and his BF Kevin are getting ready to join Mike’s parents for a tail-gating parting before the big football game. Mike invites Kevin’s annoying room mate Carl even though he’s super rude. After Mike and Kevin put on liquid latex football jerseys they go to the party and Carl is freaked because Mike’s parents are famous Nobel prize winning chemists but he’s such an ass they can’t stand him either. It was cute with lots of playing between Mike and Kevin and I liked how snooty Carl got taken down a peg at the end.

They barely make it home before they get smexin‘ it up. This is part of a series obviously but I have no idea who the characters are. It was very steamy though and just as a little interlude piece it was good but it probably would be more interesting to people who know the characters and their backgrounds.
