This book describes how scientists study Yellowstone Park to learn about all the environmental and biological activities occurring in there.
Includes geology, grizzlies and bison, fish and weeds! Goes from Yellowstone Lake studies down to the level of microbes.
Highly recommended for those interested in Yellowstone and research in the great outdoors!

Very informative to read before the trip to Yellowstone. It was more scientific than I expected, which is kind of silly to say since the sub-title is, "Science in America's First National Park." I enjoyed it but wanted something more casual.

I really wanted to give this 3 stars, but poor editing forces a downgrade. This would be a good book otherwise.
