While the story is okay ... I'm not a big fan of open relationship. So when the two of them, after making out, still think about having other people, yeah, that just don't work for me.

The story started out well and is well written but the ending just didn't really work for me. I understood the way of thinking on both parts of MC's (err..well the author) about having an open relationship since both MC's are vampire and will have extremely long lives and not wanting to change each other but it made me lose the warm fuzzy feeling/vibe I was getting from thinking the MC's would be monogamous for the rest of their vampire lives.

Dakota Rebel takes the friends-becoming-lovers plot and makes it her own in this fresh, original, erotic vampire tale. Patrick and Kennedy are sexy-as-sin men and the chemistry between them is explosive. I don’t want to spoil the story, but I will say I greatly enjoyed the journey to happily ever after for the two heroes. With Raven, I never knew what to expect next and that was a delight for me. Ms. Rebel has penned a fantastic, sexually-charged story with Raven and readers who either listen to the story on audio book (as I did) or read it are in for a deliciously wicked treat!
