In his quest to write a comprehensive technical guide to 80's road and mountain componentry, Berto is flawless. The level of detail in this reference work is stunning.

I'll be the first. (and probably the last) to review this book. Highly entertaining if you are a bike "wrench". Interesting comparisons of gruppos....highly dated but cool if you are into retro bikes!
