Grant and Jamie are back and you'd think life would be great now, but somebody is after them again.
It's a year later and things should be wonderful. But someone seems to have it in for Grant and Jamie again.
How far will this person go to harm them? Small pranks that they, at first are able to explain away, turn into dangerous events that leave them once again terrorised. It can't be him, can it? But he's still in prison, isn't he? The love between Grant and Jamie is strong and has them ready to do serious damage to whoever is threatening their happiness and their very lives. Enough is enough. Frankly, they're tired of living in fear. They're looking for a way to stop this madness. They're going to find it.
Reader Advisory: This book contains M/M sex and intimacy. It is best read as part of a series, after Love, Jamie.
I love AKM Miles stories. She writes characters that's easy to relate to, and care about. I was thrilled when I noticed she wrote a sequel to one of my favorite books of hers, Love Jamie, and immediately had to read it.
I was not disappointed.
Love Grant, still has the heart and sweetness that Love Jamie has. It's been a year since Grant and Jamie have been together and all is going well. Both Jamie and Grant's careers are looking up, they are incredibly happy and things are going great until they start being harassed by a man from the past.
This book was a fast paced, easy read. I adore Jamie and Grant. Their relationship continues to grow and strengthen as each day comes. I really enjoyed revisiting them and getting to experience their beautiful relationship again.
even though on current list of reading im so slow on these i seem to j=get stuck on other books and forgot these ones. Anyway so process but read now.
So this story starts a year later from the first book jamie and grant and still happily together after the ordeal that had someone threatening them. So the saga begins they both going about their lives until that someone starts terrorizing them again and is out for revenge. With the help of officer wade from the first book to get this guy from once and for all. loved wade he was a great guy. Would love his story Im sure his got a great story to tell.
As much as I enjoyed the book, there were a few things that irritated me. One of the major ones: honestly you think your dog is sick, rather than suspecting somebody's sneaking around. And finding the back door unlocked after you know you locked it, not one, but twice doesn't seem enough to call the police? Hmmm.
Other than that it was an okay story. I would have liked to have given more praise, but between the above and then the oh, so frequent sex scenes, it just didn't get there for me.
