Kerry Trautman is a poet whose work I never tire of reading. In her Unknowable Things, each poem opens a canister of possibility, serving to reveal while also reveling in the mystery inherent in the details of all she encounters. From love and living to leaving and loss, Trautman’s work unearths the vital and enigmatic in every topic she touches, masterfully weaving it all into an integrated volume that stirs, makes curious and opens her reader to deeper levels of perceptivity.
