Finding the Right One by Barbara Elsborg is Will’s story and the 2nd book of the Mansell Brothers, and despite not having yet read the other brother Ed’s story (which I am going to do next), it was okay to read it as a standalone.
I adore this author’s unique writing style – it’s easy to read with engaging, quirky and heart-warming characters, passionate and erotic sexy scenes, and fabulous and funny dialogue.
Will left London nursing a broken heart about the woman of his dreams decided to choose his brother, Ed, instead of him, escaping to a beautiful island, buying a boat and working as a sailing instructor. His best friend and partner in crime, Stefan is trying his best to help Will forget the unattainable women he’s still in love with…..but without much success.
All poor Will can do is think of Addie!! Right now he’s in that “man-in-the-dumps” stage in his life.
Imo Hughes left London, nursing a black eye, after running away from her wedding reception and escaped to Greece, to enjoy the honeymoon she had paid for, sans the groom!!
The first introduction to this character, when she arrives on the island to begin her honeymoon “package”, was beyond hilarious…….
After a bit of confusion at the airport, she’s transported to a villa where she will be staying in between her sailing tour. She spends her first night having some really weird adventures and the next morning…totally excited to begin her fun in the sun!!! She can’t wait to check out her room view!!!!
Arriving at Taverna Dimitri on the beach to join her sailing tour, she’s horrified at what she’s discovered!! That bastard Leo had booked a sailing honeymoon but not a luxury yacht…no, no…this was one of those “get-your-hands-on” learning sailing trip on a not large boat with no waiters and no sunning beds on deck…
So begins ----Will can’t believe how clueless Imo is. He’s irritated with her and at the same time can’t get the images of her in a skimpy red bikini out of his mind!!! And Imo….well, he may be a pain in the ass, but Will is certainly sexy and a total turn-on. So what happens when you spend time together in a gorgeous place? Yes, attraction and sexual tension abounds.
I adored Imo…she was such a sweet and cute character who struggled with family issues and her self-worth and I so enjoyed seeing her growth and finally discovering that she was more than what others believed. Will and Imo were good together, bringing out the best in each other.
A romantic love story, with a dash of suspense, villains and some unexpected revelations set in a perfect location filled with sunshine, deep blue seas, warmth, great food…..yes, talking about the Greek Islands. How could one not fall in love in that place???
Of course I am not giving away any spoilers!!!! You know there’s going to be a HEA!!! This is after all a love story!!!
And Imo and Will sail off into the sunset towards their happy life together!
I really liked this book and now I’m off to read book #1…Ed and Addie’s story!!

Yes, one may think it strange when seeing someone like her arriving on a small Greek island looking like that….but wait….Imo is not one of those “cheapie” tourists. Didn’t Leo (her dumped groom) tell her they were booked on a sailing trip? One of those where you lay on the deck sunning yourself whilst waiters wafted around preening to your every need!!! She will discover that it’s not exactly one of those sailing honeymoon tours very soon.

An excellent story in its own right, but coming on the heels of Doing the Right Thing, Finding the Right One is even more meaningful. You could definitely read each of these novels as standalones, but I promise you'll appreciate this one a whole lot more if you read them in order *wink*. (I refuse to say more and spoil anything!)

I've read this book for like a couple of months ago and how the heck didn't I review it? Pothead.
Anyway, this is one of my favorite of Miss Elsborg's writings.
Why? Because this one is full of angst. I looooooooooooooooove angst-y stories. Especially when the heroine gets hurt or even better, the hero is the one who hurt the heroine. GAH! :)))
Meet Imogen, desperately running from psycho ex-husband and stumbled on Will's chest. Not literally, actually. They met, they fall in love, yadda yadda yadda, as always. But! But, I love this one, I can't really remember why because I read this book for like months ago yet I have this gut feeling that I loved this book back then so yeah, I still love this book now. :)

I stop reading "doing the right thing" 'cause it made my heart twist and squeeze..Stupid Will!!
so instead I read this one where Will finds the right one...
the story story got me teary eyed...but for most part it made me laugh out loud:)
Imo went to Greece to escape from her husband, when she arrives there, she met the handsome Will but thought he's a thief on the villa where they're both staying...Angry on how they've met Will keeps an eye on the sexy but clumsy Imo during their sailing...
I love this book..Will makes me cry when he remembers Addie...
and Imo got jealous during those times..:)

Great follow on book.
I always loved Will and thought Addie made the wrong choice.
But now I'm happy as IMO is much better suited to our Will.
Great book yet again by Barbara. This author had a way of making the characters come to life. The characters could be real they are flawed and not all of them are innocent.

I've read the sypnosis and discovered this is Will's story instead of Ed. Anyway, I love the chemistry between Imo and Will, their sex scenes scorching. However, Will turned into a kind of sex-fiend, unlike his character on the first book, which is a change for me. Imo's dyslexia turned the scenes in this book funny. The ending is quite cut-off, that the events happened after the climax is somehow incomplete for me. However, I like that Addie and Ed are introduced again and their wedding happened. I also like that Will finally gains wisdom and have a happy ending.

Wow, funny and sexy and set in Greece. I think I almost left the book of sailing jargon halfway through but the best was right there forward with some really good bad guys.
