With love and magic to guide us, I join your melody…

On a black night whirling with stars, Georg flees rural Bavaria—knowing he is not welcome in the only home he has ever known. At only twenty, he boards a train with nothing but a backpack and the intent to completely restart his life somewhere else.

His luck runs out when he falls asleep on the train and wakes up in Vienna, Austria. Georg steps off the train, out of money and without a plan. A random woman approaches and explains that the reason birds and butterflies have always flocked to him is because he has a billowing life force.

Maria is the head gardener at Augarten, a public park and city farm in the second district of Vienna. She claims the park is magical and has a guardian spirit, and that it is through the flow of magic that Maria, after years of looking for an apprentice, has found him.

As Georg settles into his new life and job in a world much wilder than it seems, he meets sixteen-year-old Og Keird, a shy but talented pianist. The two develop enormous crushes, but a misunderstanding drives them apart.

Now eight years later, Og charges back into Georg's life and asks to make amends and try something with him, something new. They fall fast together, having loved each other already for years, even as they tried to move on and date other people. By the light of the whirling stars and the blessed life flowing through the world, Georg harnesses his glittering magic and reaches for Og. In taking Og’s hand, Georg finds his home.

Melodie is a 54,000-word MM paranormal romance with a shy yet brave pianist, second chances, finding home, and a gardener learning to wield his magic. Though Melodie can be read as a standalone, it is best enjoyed within the context of the Augarten and Sky Nymph series.

Delightful

To say I enjoy all the books of the Sugar ten and Sky Nymph series is not enough. I do not know a word to describe it. These books span over a hundred years in the history of the characters. Through the books you go forward in time and back in time and forward in time and back and forward again. It all flows together beautifully. Amazing story telling. I can't wait to see what's next.

Georg and Og are destined for each other, but a misunderstanding kept them apart for years. A random moment in time allows them to reconnect and finally find a way to make things work and a beautiful relationship grows.

This was a very sweet and beautiful, magical romance. The MC’s were very lovable and came to life on the page. The author has a good attention to detail, allowing me to put myself in this magical time and place. The characters had such a great connection, and my heart was full as they went on their romantic journey together. I loved how open and accepting Og’s family was to the couple. This was my first time reading anything from this author, and I am determined to read the first books in this series. I am looking forward to reading about the many characters in this magical universe.

I received an ARC of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Og and Georg are the kinds of characters you want good things to happen for– they’re sweet and a little bit vulnerable and it is somewhat heartbreaking that their initial connection is bruised by a misunderstanding, as well a super rewarding to see them, years later, rebuild their relationship and weave it into something they both desperately needed. It definitely helps to be familiar with other works set in this world, and fans of Augarten and Sky Nymph books will recognize the Vienna of these pages, full of wonder and complex in interesting and rewarding ways.

OMG! I was totally in love with these characters from page one! Og and Georg are so sweet and cute together once they finally talk through their misconceptions, at least. I absolutely love the found family, and I definitely don't want to leave this world behind. This author has a way of making the images so vivid in my mind that I want all the books they choose to write! I think these books are best enjoyed as part of a series and read after the Augarten series. The author has mentioned there will be other books that take place in this shared world, and I'll be there for all of them!

I really enjoyed this story I wasn't too sure when I read the blurb but I was like I'm going to go in cuz you never know. I've got to say I am so glad that I went in I really enjoyed this book I like the storyline a lot. It held my attention throughout the whole book which is honestly saying a lot. But I got to say I think what did it for me in this book was the characters oh I just love them I think I was in love with them before I finished chapter 1. Read this book you'll absolutely love it and you are going to love the characters.

It's wonderful to be back in Augarten and Vienna again and this story of how Georg found his place in the garden and how he and Og got their second chance was an emotionally fulfilling read encompassing the high, lows and highs again of their relationship. As always, the world building makes you want to go to this magical version of Vienna, hear Og perform and visit the garden with Georg and explore its mysteries.

This is the story of Georg and Og, it is the 6th book in the Sky Nymph series. This book to me was kinda bittersweet as I spend some time in both Bavaria and Austria and it made me long for the forests, nature and people. This is a sweet wonderfully written second chance love story with absolutely beautiful main and secondary characters. I love the magic of Georg and the Garden. Definitely recommended.

I received this book as an Arc and I am happily reviewing it voluntarily.

I loved Melodie by Charlie Godwyne. It's the sixth book in the Sky Nymph series. I loved Georg and Og's story. I loved the size difference and how they are both verse, but that Og prefers to top and ends up topping from the bottom when he does bottom for Georg. They are adorable together. I loved seeing more of the Augarten found family.
