Rate this book
The Campfire is an inspirational short story about a discouraged pastor who must learn some important lessons about love and leadership--all while coming to grips with his own grief.

Nate Todd is the pastor of Pine Creek Baptist Church, a small congregation in rural America. A widower, Nate must wrestle with his own pain while trying to understand the fears, apprehensions, and anxieties of the people he leads. Unfortunately, some of those people have run out of patience--and they're now looking to run Nate out of the church. Desperate, Nate turns to his former pastor and a dear friend and mentor. In doing so, he learns some indispensable principles about faith, people, leadership, and grief.

The Campfire is a Christian fable that imparts important lessons that anyone in ministry or church leadership will find valuable.
