This book was a strong 4 star story until the very last few pages. At that point the bad guys answer all the questions and plot holes in one huge info dump, then the knives were opened to bleed the good guys. The end.
Now don’t think I just spoilered the book. I didn’t actually give away a thing… other than there is a HUGE cliffhanger ending, and that doesn’t give the actual story away. It does, however, need to be said. The rest can be interpreted (and rightly so) that I just didn’t care for the huge info dump in the last few pages. Would have been SO much better had all the information come out here and there throughout the book so the ending made a bit more sense in the first place. As it stands, it came across as over-the-top-cheesy. And that is too bad because the rest of the book has real promise for an awesome series and all kinds of great readability.

I received an Arc of Dark Mate in return for an honest review.
Aria just wants to live a normal life even though her DNA has been against her all her life. Finally landing a stepping stone that could lead to the job she's been dreaming of she takes the chance. Things are going better than expected until she encounters Sariel who knows who she really is what she's hiding and is determined to make her quit. When the truth comes out she's fired and she needs to figure out what she's going to do next.
When fate seems to be on her side she get's a second chance at her dream job. Little did she know that it would change her life forever. What should have been the opportunity of a lifetime she finds herself on the run with Sariel fleeing for their lives. Will they be able to stop the man hunting them?
I love Aria she's a sweetheart just trying to live a normal life and I found her easy to connect with. I wasn't sure about Sariel at first but he's redeemed himself the more we get to know him the more I like him. I love the chemistry between Aria and Sariel they just have this slow burn relationship that works.
Wow!! I've read several books by the author but this one blew me away. I'm in love with Dark Mate it's quickly become my favorite series by the author. I loved the characters and the story is beautiful from start to finish. The author has done another amazing job creating a captivating and action packed romance that I found hard to put down. I can't wait for the next installment to come out and see what happens with Aria and Sariel.

Tried but couldn't finish. I don't quite remember what all I disliked, characters and story I think (which is basically the book, but there must have been something beyond avoiding my To Do List that made me read that far, right?...). I'll pass on future books by this author.

This series is definitely looking promising. I've read almost all of Sara Snow's books and this one has been amazing. From the very first page it draws you in and by the time you put it down, you've almost finished it. With very well thought out characters and backgrounds, the rollercoaster of emotions that it gives off as you read will leave you wanting more. Especially with the cliffhanger ending. I can't wait to read the next book and see what is in store for Aria and the brooding Sariel on their next adventure.

Well this starts with a bang and gets better and better. Sariel starts out being a real butt head to Aria then they realize they are mates and fight it for all they are worth. A friend betrays them to Azazel, the bad guy, and he captures them both. At the end more information is revealed that will turn Aria’s world upside down. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book it is bound to be just as exciting.

Aria and Sariel
Oh man what a way to start a new series!! These two definitely didn’t start off great but I cannot wait to see where they are headed. Aria is definitely everything I look for in a FMC I love her attitude. Sariel well what can I say I wasn’t very fond of him in the beginning he is one of those characters for me who has layers and that top layer just ain’t doing it I need to see more from him and I have a feeling I am going to end up so loving him!

This is going to be an exciting series! Aria just wants to live a normal life, even though she is far from normal. She meets Sariel at her dream job and from that point on stuff happens. It is very action packed and has some romance in there also. Waiting patiently for the next installment!

Sara has done it again. Dark Mate was just fantastic and a great start to another great series. i really liked the chemistry between Aria and Sariel and watching them grow. this book was so exciting i totally cant wait for book 2

Great Read
Really enjoying the story so far. Aria life has just went from all kinds of wrong to worse. I hope her and Serial come out of this okay. I am so mad at Johnny his betrayal is unforgivable. Looking forward to the next book.

Interesting. Cast of characters
First the story line is good and pulls you almost immediately. Second who doesn't love an interesting stormy romance. Third shame on whoever was supposed to proof read! There are a decent amount of miss spelling s and changes in tense.

Wow I was hooked
Wow this so far is my favourite from Sara it had lots of plot twists, and is enemies to lovers but in a way I wasn’t expecting. Storyline is unique and riveting.
