It is very clear that Herb Strather knows his stuff, both from the detail in this book as well as the evidence of the deals he's done.

After reading this book, you'll walk away knowing that there is a lot of work involved in real estate investing. But I believe it will help you decide on one of two options:

1)there is a lot of work involved, but I can follow all the details of Mr. Strathers' steps and do it the right way OR
2)there is too much work involved, and if I'm not going to follow the details then I shouldn't do it because not being thorough will only cost me time and money in the end.
