This is a fictional story of a man who made a promise to a friend. We've all done that from time to time except this time it would be a life changing situation would follow that promise. As our hero looked back at the start of this venture he knew he should have never made that promise and now he was into this situation up to his neck and there was no way out. Our friend would enter into a place of native legions and stories of great battles across the skies of the southwest. The spoken legions of the native in the Arizona Territory. It all started as a desire to find out why a lone man was sitting in a window, on the third floor of a large hotel, watching the activities on the street below. This man sat there day and night, seldom leaving his post yet he was in perfect physical condition. As the friend of our hero relates to him what the friend had seen it becomes clear our hero had to find out why this person was in that position and what he was there for. This would be a decision our hero would come to regret. he would become a part of something that had been set in motion some fourteen to eighteen hundred years in the past. An event witnessed by the native of that region and carried on to the current time, there in that same location for all these years. Our hero and his friend would violate a long standing warning of the natives nation concerning the man in the window and what he was there for. In doing that our hero would become a part of something he could have never anticipated or believed even existed. This would be the start of and adventure that would bring about a change in his life and that of the southwestern region of the nation and the government and people of the nation. It would bring about the presence of alien beings coming back to Earth after a long awaited absence and with them would come a war between alien empires the natives of the land had witnessed starting some fourteen to eighteen hundred years in the past. It would signal the start of a series of changes across the Earth and far into space and would bring the people of Earth into space as a new and progressing empire. The impossible would become possible and our hero would become the single most powerful being on the planet. A position he never wanted but one he must learn to accept and live with. A new form of governing would coming to Earth and it was one Earth could not avoid. It would mean the end of the political systems of Earth and the start of a new existence. This is, if our hero survives and the Earth remains free from alien control.
